No one can say for sure what exactly triggered the One-Day War between the superpowers. On that one day, the Former World ended. Since the collapse of governments, leaderless groups of survivors huddle in the ruins of former capitals. The weather is relentless, resources are scarce, and mutants roam the wasteland. The world desperately awaits heroes to unite the people and lead them out of the rubble.
