Fortunately, the strong winter wind Pampero blows over Uruguay, making the country an ideal location for electricity generation through wind turbines. Some rural areas could even supplement their electricity supply with solar energy.
Pampero is a card-driven action selection game that requires a high degree of strategic planning. You must equally consider income, energy supply, and action cards to best meet the variable scoring criteria. You must expand your power grid and meet the energy demands across the country to control the most profitable company!
