You are aspiring dragon professionals in the world of Schwingenschlag - a place where dragons of all types, sizes, and colors populate the skies.

Excavate a hidden labyrinth you recently discovered on your land and settle these beautiful creatures in your caves.

Over the course of a Schwingenschlag game, you will create a diverse dragon habitat.

You start with 3 excavated fields - the first field from the left in your Crimson Cavern, your Gold Grotto, and your Amethyst Abyss.

As the game progresses, you will excavate further areas of your cave system, attract dragons whose powerful abilities you can cleverly combine, and cooperate with the Dragon Guild.

Schwingenschlag was inspired by Wingspan, a game by Elizabeth Hargrave, and uses the same fundamental mechanics. Elizabeth contributed to the development of the game.

Schwingenschlag is a little more complex and all game aspects have been specifically adapted to the dragon theme.
