With an innovative track mechanic, players try to build a city.

In Rise, players guide the development of a rising city during the Industrial Revolution. Players can focus on different areas such as politics or science to gain prestige in the form of victory points.

However, they must also keep an eye on their financial resources: should taxes be increased to finance new projects, which would lead to unrest among the population? Perhaps you'd rather invest in industry at the expense of the environment?

Find a balance and use the means at your disposal most effectively. Then you will emerge as the winners of the Industrial Revolution.
