As the realms prepare for further confrontations, something new has arrived to change the balance of power. A treasure of ancient artifacts has been discovered, so powerful that each one can change the course of a battle. However, each artifact is cursed, a curse that falls upon anyone foolish or greedy enough to use its power.

Meanwhile, the inhabitants of the realms have begun to build great castles, dungeons, and crypts filled with undead to strengthen their lands. And from beyond the mortal world, even the Outsiders have begun to interfere in the conflict from their own spheres...

The Cursed Treasure is an expansion for Fantastic Realms and consists of two parts that can be added to the base game either individually or together: cards with cursed items, which form their own deck, and three new card suits representing new structures and inhabitants, which are added to the base game's card deck.
