In Magnate: The First City, players build up the sleepy town of Humbleburg. They acquire land, erect buildings, and try to increase their value.

They also hope for tenants for their buildings. The boom in Humbleburg will not last forever; eventually, the crash is inevitable!

So, the key is to sell at the right moment or incur losses.
