Land - Expand - Build!

Your reputation precedes you. When you and your Vikings land on shore, the fertile lands are already deserted. This promising new land, of course, also attracts other Viking clans who are unwilling to simply give up the precious ground to you.

Expand, conquer buildings, and gather important resources to develop your fjord. Gold, livestock, wood... which of these do you need for your settlement? And where exactly do you want to use the resources?

* Place a Viking adjacent to another. Vikings cannot be placed on a resource field where another Viking is already present.

* Take the corresponding resources.

* Arrange them cleverly on your settlement board to fulfill as many orders as possible.

* Victory points are awarded for buildings (houses, watchtowers, castles), gold, sheep, wood, completed construction sites, and collected trophies.

* Minus points are given for each unoccupied longship.

In Looot, you need to gather resources and capture buildings to develop your fjord. Fill your longships and complete your construction sites in order to rack up your victory points. Store up the most riches, and you’ll be crowned Jarl of the Vikings!

Looot is a clever management game, using a double placement mechanism.

On the Common board Players are Viking conquering a new territory, which allows you to recover resource/building/objective tiles.

On your Personal board: You build your village with the tiles previously recovered from the Common board to unlock victory points.

It will call upon your optimization logic, favoring the best combinations for this race for victory points.
