The ice is retreating... and a new era is dawning: 5,000 years after the fall of civilization, new life is flourishing. In Revive, players each lead a tribe and try to rebuild the world according to their own ideals. They recruit survivors, explore new territories, construct buildings, and populate various locations. Certain actions allow them to collect artifacts. The game ends when the last large artifact has been removed from the game board.

Revive is a complex civilization-building game, without combat or direct conflict. A five-part campaign gradually introduces new content to the game. Once everything has been unlocked, it can be replayed countless times.
