Number of players: 1-4, age: 12+, playing time: approx. 60-100 minutes. The buyer pays for insured shipping (up to 5 Euros) within Germany.

The industrial revolution begins in 18th century England. You open the first factories, which increasingly produce goods in 4 different types using machines. Through successful sales of goods in England, the value of your shares increases and you (sometimes) make profits to buy more shares of your company from the bank. The player with the most valuable stock portfolio after 3 decades (rounds) wins the game.

The competition is tough, and you must decide whether to maximize profits by cutting costs and replacing workers with machines, or increase revenue by investing in the quality and sales of your goods. You must always anticipate that a competitor will make their products cheaper to challenge your market share. Sometimes, the only way out is to ship surplus production overseas. While risky ship transports may cause stock prices to fluctuate, they promise enormous cash revenues. Don't forget to develop your company with new technology and expand your options!

Each game unfolds differently because the various development cards offer different options. It may be advisable to adapt your strategy to the options and either focus on expanding two factories intensively or operate with all four factories to be flexible. A predefined starting setup facilitates entry into a first game.
