Erbitterte Krieger, sowohl Männer als auch Frauen. Geschickt mit Schwert, Axt und Bogen. Aber sie waren keine geistlosen Wilden. Ihre Handwerker waren berühmt für ihre Fähigkeit, detaillierte Schmuckstücke aus Gold zu basteln. Sie schufen Lederrüstungen und improvisierten den Rücklaufbogen. Sie trainierten Adler für die Jagd und den Krieg. Manche glauben sogar, dass sie die griechischen Märchen über die Amazonen inspirierten. Aber sie waren mehr als Legenden oder Fabeln.
